For conversations that have grown complicated

Useful when a project discussion, planning session or assistant exchange keeps expanding while the original objective stays unresolved. Supply the conversation and its goal, then explicitly request a reflection.

Use with an AI assistant

Extract the ZIP and ask your assistant to read SKILL.md, or use a supported Skill installation method. The core is a reasoning workflow. Three optional Python 3 helpers use the standard library. No additional service API key is required; model or subscription costs can apply.

A reflective aid, with human judgment

The optional detector looks for language patterns. It can miss cues: the controlled transcript produced no bias matches despite suggestive wording. The recommendation validator checks structure, not truth.

Not a psychological diagnosis, guaranteed bias detector or autonomous pause mechanism. Use only conversations you may share. Three helper cases and a source-guided prose example were prepared in Codex; native-client installation and decision outcomes were not tested.
