Description

Finch Release Checker 用于发布前自检和市场流程冒烟测试。它校验名称、语义版本、文件清单与验收项，确认 SKILL.md 入口是否存在，并返回稳定的结构化结果。该 Skill 仅处理用户提供的文本，不访问网络、钱包、文件系统或外部服务。

Known limitations

只检查请求中提供的文本，不读取或验证真实文件。
不执行网络请求、钱包操作或市场发布。

Troubleshooting

若返回 needs_input，请检查四个必需字段的类型与语义版本格式。
若返回 needs_attention，请确保 files 精确包含 SKILL.md，并至少提供一项非空检查。
