Pain-Gag Reveal Launch Film

Description

The film opens on a warm-white ground. Narration slides in as word groups and lands on the pain word, and the object beside it reacts about a quarter-second late. A composer slides up in the same scene, a polite request gets a confident 'Done.', and twenty-odd micro-adjustments stack and accelerate under a blur ramp. Two words then mask-reveal at poster scale, and a single accent pill grows behind the fix line, compacts into your interface, and is dragged into real footage of the feature. Three payoff rows and a two-stage lockup close it. Use it when the feature replaces a small, instantly recognizable workaround: asking, guessing, retrying or nudging by hand. Skip it when the pain is abstract or serious, when the audience has never felt the workaround, or when the brand cannot open by admitting its product used to be annoying. You get a 1920x1080, 60fps MP4 of 28 to 40 seconds with voice, music bed and sound effects mixed, plus the HyperFrames project: one composition per act, STORYBOARD.md with the gag written out, ledger.json, the transcript and the design stylesheet. Every frame is HTML, CSS, SVG and GSAP rendered by the HyperFrames CLI, with no image, video or avatar generation model.

What you get

• A six-act structure with runtimes (gag, ask, spiral, turn, proof, payoff), where the first three acts play as one unbroken scene.
• An accent-pill morph chain with exact timings: one element grows to about 3600px wide, compacts into a 1400x92 interface bar, and is dragged to trigger the footage, with no cut or crossfade inside it.
• A guide to writing the gag, with four patterns that work (late, off by one, almost, undone) and the kinds that do not.
• Eight copy slots with character budgets, and a word conveyor timed to real word onsets from npx hyperframes transcribe.
• A retarget checklist that gates the gag, real user prompts, real footage, audio, palette and rights before the first act is built.
