Build a launch film that never cuts away from one growing conversation. The pain is established inside a real chat, the fix is asked for in the same window, and the result assembles as an honest diagram of what your product actually does — delivered as a rendered MP4 plus the editable project.
Claude Code
CodexThe whole film lives in one conversation window. It starts full-bleed, a question types and sends, and in one continuous move the message flies up, the composer docks and the window shrinks to a floating card. The answer arrives with your real before-number in it. One bridge line appears outside the window in the product's colour, then the film returns to the same thread, asks for the fix, and your real pipeline runs as a diagram of stages and parallel lanes before a grid of finished work and the lockup. Use it when the product removes a wait or a constraint, such as hosted rendering, managed builds or offloaded compute, and the before is a number users recognise. It does not suit products whose value is visual output, products without an honest pipeline to diagram, or stories that need more than one workflow. Delivered as a 1920x1080, 30fps MP4 of 28 to 38 seconds with a music bed and interaction sounds and no voiceover, plus a HyperFrames project in which every scene mounts the same window component. Built from HTML, CSS, SVG and GSAP and rendered with the HyperFrames CLI.
