Description
A Python standard-library chart calculator covering twelve palaces, fourteen main stars, and the documented core San He rule set. Supports civil, mean-solar, and true-solar time handling, plus an explicit calculation_datetime override. Returns the input echo, actual time used, lunar date, chart placements, rule configuration, and limitations. Intended for cultural study and entertainment.

Requirements and limitations
- Python 3
- Birth date, time, and the required chart input fields
- Location or longitude when using solar-time correction
- Cultural and entertainment use only; not scientific prediction or medical, financial, or other professional advice.
- Uses a specific documented rule set; other schools may produce different charts.
- Bundled calendar supports 1900-01-31 through 2099-12-31; optional stars are intentionally omitted.
- Five bundled examples passed repeatability smoke tests; this does not establish agreement with every external chart system.
