TOCO Card

Description

TOCO Card lets wallet-verified users apply for a TOCO virtual Visa card, pay the issuance fee in TOCO on BNB Smart Chain, track issuance progress, top up with USDT on BSC, and manage issued cards: balance, transactions, freeze/unfreeze, spending limits and closing. Every card endpoint uses SIWE wallet authentication. Payments are always performed by the user from their own wallet; this Skill only verifies the resulting transaction hash. Card numbers (PAN/CVV) are never exposed through agents.
