Description
Convert text into speech using the Noiz API or a local Kokoro backend. Supports voice cloning and timeline-aligned rendering where supported. Noiz features may require the user to obtain and configure a Noiz API key locally; Noiz service charges are separate. Some rendering workflows require ffmpeg. The upstream repository does not specify a software license.
