Code-Change Explainer Film

Description

A 30-second film in ten scenes, set on warm paper with one clay accent and a dark terminal window. A teammate's request types into a composer with the change's link as a chip. Then the real diff scrolls past at 900 to 1200 pixels per second: green additions and red deletions, too fast to read and never blurred. A 0.9-second card admits nobody is reading that. Next come a one-sentence summary, the invocation running in the terminal, and four capability tiles of about two seconds each. The install command types into the composer to close. Use it for a changelog film, a release note that deserves more than a bullet list, a pull-request walkthrough for stakeholders, or an internal what-shipped clip. It needs a real, substantial change. It is not for tutorials, one-line fixes, or engineers who would rather read the diff. Output is a 26 to 34 second MP4 at 1920x1080 and 30fps with a music bed and click sounds, and no voiceover, plus the HyperFrames project and its design-system stylesheet. The agent builds on the HyperFrames pr-to-video workflow and pulls real file paths and line counts from your change. Repository names, usernames, and PR links are fictional unless you own them.

What you get

• Turns a real pull request, commit range, or branch into a 30-second explainer for people who will not read code.
• Opens with the actual diff scrolling past at speed, using real paths and real added and removed lines.
• Gives each of four capability tiles one idea and one piece of evidence from the real change: a diff fragment, a three-node flow, comment rows, or a count-up.
• Requires the closing install command to be run and confirmed working before the film is rendered.
• Keeps identifiers safe: repository names, usernames, avatars, and PR links are fictional unless you own and approve them.
